Springfield College Athletics - Inside the Pride S15 E3

The term "Show Up" has a different meaning for our Springfield College student-athletes, and in particular our men's lacrosse program. In this week's episode of Inside the Pride, we feature Coach Bugbee and the program's new incentive for showing up. Springfield College is an independent, nonprofit, coeducational institution founded in 1885. Approximately 4,100 students, including 2,500 full-time undergraduate students, study at its main campus in Springfield, Mass., and at its regional campuses across the country. Nazareth Pulls Away From Men's Lacrosse, 14-10

Pittsford, N.Y. - February 22, 2020 - Despite being tied at halftime, the Springfield College men’s lacrosse team fell to Nazareth in its season opener at NLPA Turf Field on Saturday, 14-10, in non-conference action. 

Bugbee Selected For USILA Frenchy Julien Service Award

Baltimore, Md. - December 6, 2019 -  Springfield College head coach Keith Bugbee was named the receipient of the 2019 United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA ) Frenchy Julien Service Award on Friday at the 2019 Nike Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA) convention luncheon.

Glover Honored As USILA/Warrior and New Balance Division III Scholar All-America

Springfield, Mass. - July 9, 2019 - Springfield College's Cameron Glover (Brunswick, Maine) was recognized with United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA)/Warrior and New Balance Division III Scholar All-America honors after a standout 2019 season on the field and in the classroom.

Bugbee Named NEILA “Walter Alessi Man of the Year”

Springfield, Mass. - June 4, 2019 -  Springfield College head coach Keith Bugbee has been named the 2019 Walter Alessi Man of the Year by the New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA).

Hawley and Glover Picked As USILA Honorable Mention All-America Selections

Springfield, Mass. – May 30, 2019 -The Springfield College men's lacrosse team had a pair of student-athletes named to the 2019 United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division III Honorable Mention All-America Team. Joe Hawley (Poulsbo, Wash.) and Cameron Glover (Brunswick, Maine) each received the national recognition following standout seasons for the Pride.
